Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, subscriptions, products, and content provided by WildWithin, part of Feel the Breeze DOO ("we", "our", "us").

By engaging with any offering — including 1:1 mentoring, The CEO Reflection Series, De WildWithin Fluisteringen, The Seasonal Edit, books, podcasts, events, or digital content — you ("client", "you") agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 1:1 Mentoring

Mentoring includes coaching, reflection, and strategic guidance. It does not include therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial consulting.

1.2 The CEO Reflection Series

A digital subscription delivering weekly reflections via email and/or messaging platforms. Automatically renewed unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

1.3 De WildWithin Fluisteringen (Book Series)

A series of books — available in physical, limited-edition, and digital formats — written for female founders and executives. Each book is a standalone work and part of the ongoing series. Physical editions are limited and signed. All content is protected intellectual property.

1.4 The Seasonal Edit (Journal Subscription)

Four journals per year, delivered via annual (prepaid) or quarterly subscription, billed per season. Both versions renew automatically unless cancelled.

1.5 Audio Content, Podcasts & Free Resources

We create audio series, articles, frameworks, and other materials, including free digital downloads. These are protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our written consent.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue offerings at any time.

2. Client Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching, reflection, and our content accelerate awareness and leadership but do not guarantee specific personal or business results. You agree to participate actively, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for integrating the insights you receive.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full by the due date shown on the invoice or checkout page.
• Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted.
• 1:1 Mentoring may be paid in instalments if explicitly agreed in writing; instalment plans must be completed in full regardless of continued participation.
• Subscriptions require upfront payment for the agreed term.
• Non-payment may result in paused or cancelled access.
• Payments must be made to the bank account details listed above.

4. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

4.1 CEO Reflection Series

• Annual subscription, auto-renewed each year
• Cancellation must be made at least 3 months before renewal
• No refunds once yearly access has begun

4.2 The Seasonal Edit

• Applies to both annual and quarterly subscriptions
• Auto-renews each cycle
• Cancellation must be made at least 3 months before the next cycle
• No refunds on journals already shipped or in preparation

4.3 Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital purchases — including books, audio content, and downloads — are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Shipping & Physical Delivery

Applies to physical journals and book editions.

• Shipping times are estimates; delays may occur due to carrier or customs processes.
• Customs fees or import taxes are the client's responsibility.
• Lost or delayed shipments caused by carriers are outside our control, though we will assist where possible.
• Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a replacement to be arranged.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials — journals, reflections, email content, books, audio series, podcasts, frameworks, voice recordings, website content, and design — remain the intellectual property of WildWithin / Feel the Breeze DOO.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. This includes sharing digital book files or recordings with others.

Gifting a subscription or book requires purchasing a separate copy for each individual recipient.

7. Confidentiality

All personal and business information shared in mentoring or private programmes remains strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

8. Liability

All services and content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from:

• Business or financial decisions made based on our content
• Leadership choices or outcomes
• Emotional or psychological responses to our content
• Delays or interruptions in digital delivery

You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for how you interpret and apply our content.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Montenegro.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available at wildwithin.io/terms.
