This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you engage with our website, mentoring, subscriptions, books, audio content, events, or digital content.

We comply with the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable laws in Montenegro.

1. What Data We Collect

1.1 Personal & Contact Information

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if WhatsApp is chosen as a communication channel)
• Billing address
• Shipping address (for physical journals or books)

1.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by your bank or payment provider. We do not store credit card or banking details.

1.3 Usage & Behavioural Data

• Email open rates and click behaviour (via MailerLite)
• Website behaviour — pages visited, session duration, device and browser type (via Google Analytics 4)
• Subscription activity and status

1.4 Session Questionnaires

Before The Uncarrying sessions, we ask you to complete a short questionnaire. It contains your name, email address and your written answers, which may describe personal experiences, emotions and how things feel in your body. We only receive these answers when you choose to send them, after ticking the consent box on the form.

While you write, your unsent draft is kept only in your own browser, on your device. It is not sent anywhere until you press send, and it is removed from your browser once your answers have been sent.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Deliver mentoring sessions and programmes
• Prepare your sessions, using the questionnaire answers you send us
• Deliver digital subscriptions and audio content
• Ship physical journals and books
• Send weekly reflections, emails, and communications you subscribed to
• Provide customer support
• Send invoices and payment reminders
• Send invitations to new content or launches where you have opted in
• Improve our services, content, and communications
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contractual necessity — to deliver your subscription, mentoring, or purchased content
• Legitimate interest — service updates and product improvement
• Consent — marketing emails and launch invitations
• Explicit consent — session questionnaire answers, which may include information about your health and emotional wellbeing. You can withdraw this consent at any time and ask us to delete your answers.
• Legal obligation — invoicing and accounting requirements

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share limited data only where necessary to deliver our services. Current third-party processors include:

4.1 MailerLite

We use MailerLite to manage our email list and send newsletters, reflections, and programme communications. Your name and email address are stored in MailerLite. MailerLite is GDPR-compliant. You can review their privacy policy at mailerlite.com.

4.2 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. This collects anonymised data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies — you can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

4.3 Web3Forms

When you send a session questionnaire, it is delivered by Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which forwards your answers to Rianne by email. Web3Forms stores a copy of each submission, encrypted, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and deletes it automatically after at most three years, or earlier if we delete it. To filter spam, your IP address and email address may be checked with the spam-prevention services CleanTalk and Akismet. Web3Forms operates from India; transfers of personal data from the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses in its Data Processing Agreement. 4.4 Other Processors

• WhatsApp Business (where chosen as a communication channel)
• Payment and invoicing tools
• Shipping carriers (for physical deliveries)

In all cases, only the minimum required data is shared.

5. Data Storage & Retention

We store data securely and limit access to essential personnel only.

• Subscription and account data — retained for the duration of your relationship with us
• Invoice and billing data — retained for 5–10 years as required by law
• Email communications — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Session questionnaire answers — kept only for as long as we work together and then deleted, or sooner if you ask. The copy held by Web3Forms is deleted automatically after at most three years (see 4.3).
• Analytics data — retained in Google Analytics per their default retention settings (26 months)

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object — object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

7. Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes:

• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data
• Website function — essential cookies needed for the site to work correctly

You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your access to any content.

The session questionnaire pages use no cookies, but they do use your browser's local storage to keep an unsent draft on your device. It never leaves your device unless you send it, it is removed once sent, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at wildwithin.io/privacy. Significant changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
